Refund/Exchange within 7 days if dissatisfied, please tell us the reason and mail the item back in the original condition, you will get your money back. All Shipping fees and return shipping charges are non-refundable. And we will reduce 30% handling charge of your order. No exceptions!
Custom-made items, which is done in your demands, are not returnable. If there are the quality problems in the custom-made items, we will supply the modification but not charge the return shipping charges ! More information, please refer the FAQ .
